Location Al Khor Industrial Area is generally a commercial district, approximately 2.1km by 2.5km, occupying an area of about 475 hectares and is situated at the northwestern section of the Doha Greater Area as shown on the location plan IA09-10C 100C/GE-002. It is bounded by the Umm Birkah Link Road towards west. Al Shamal road is passing by towards west at some destination. Al Khor Industrial Area mainly consists of industrial plots and some supporting basic amenities. In order to facilitate the installation of supply services and development by industrial plots, the area must be graded to formation level. The Works under this Project can be outlined as follows:  General site clearance  Grading of the whole project area as per the approved Grading Plans. Scope of Construction Works In order to facilitate the installation of supply services and development by private plot owners, the area must be graded to formation level, as per approved grading plans. Description of Works (1) The Scope of work includes the site clearance and grading of the site as per the approved grading plans. (2) The Work will include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Site Clearance. (b) Completion of required earthworks as per approved grading plans to attain formation level.
